UTM link builder (single & bulk)
Enter a landing-page URL and your campaign values to get a tagged link for Google Analytics (GA4), Matomo, Plausible and other analytics tools. Paste several URLs (one per line) to tag them all at once and export a CSV of url,tagged_url. Existing query parameters and the #fragment are kept exactly as typed; old utm_* values you set here are replaced. Nothing is uploaded — links are built in this page.
Frequently asked questions
Which UTM parameters do I need?
utm_source (where the click comes from, e.g. newsletter or linkedin) is required. utm_medium (email, social, cpc) and utm_campaign (e.g. fall_sale) are strongly recommended. utm_term, utm_content and utm_id are optional.
What happens to parameters already in the URL?
Other parameters are kept in their original order and encoding. A utm_* parameter that you fill in here replaces the existing one (matched case-insensitively); utm_* parameters you leave blank are left alone.
Where does the #fragment go?
UTM parameters are inserted before the #, so https://ex.com/page#pricing becomes https://ex.com/page?utm_source=…#pricing. Parameters after a # are never sent to the server or seen by most analytics tools.
Should UTM values be lowercase?
Analytics tools treat values as case-sensitive, so “Email” and “email” show up as two sources. Tick “Lowercase values” to keep reports consistent. Spaces are encoded as %20; many teams use - or _ instead.
How does bulk mode work?
Paste one URL per line. Every valid line is tagged with the same values; lines that are not http(s) URLs are listed with their line number and left out. Download the result as CSV (url, tagged_url) for a spreadsheet.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The page has no analytics and makes no network requests with your input.
